Urine Remover Instructions
The process to remove urine stains and urine smells is very simple. No scrubbing or hard work is required, the active ingredients in the Urine Remover do all the work, making it an excellent urine stain remover and urine smell remover.
The Urine Remover is safe to use on all materials and has been designed to remove fresh urine stains, and to kill the smell on old urine stains.
Step 1 – Remove the urine stain
Spray the Urine Remover directly onto the contaminated area and blot with a clean cloth. We recommend using a Microfibre Cloth. The Urine Remover will instantly kill the bacteria and as you blot the stain with a cloth it will remove the stain.
The process is simple to remove the urine stain and can be re-peated if necessary.
Step 2 – Remove the urine smell
Allow the area you treated to dry. If the area still smells of urine, spray the Urine Remover onto the area and leave it to dry without removing. As the Urine Remover dries, it kills the remaining bacteria, eliminating the urine smell.
To remove lingering urine smells, and stubborn urine stains, you can also saturate the material with the Urine Remover and then place kitchen roll or a Microfibre Cloth on top. Place some heavy objects on top of this and leave for a few hours to dry.
As the stain dries out, the cloth will absorb any remaining staining.
It’s that simple!
Please note that on some surfaces the Urine Remover may not remove the stain completely. For more difficult stains, apply the Urine Remover to eliminate the odour and then use the Carpet & Upholstery Cleaner to remove any residual staining.
Q. Will the Urine Remover get rid of old urine smells?
A. Yes, it doesn’t matter how long the stain has been there. The Urine Remover kills the cause of the stain, completely removing the odour. It is a brilliant urine smell remover. If the smell is persistent, spray the Urine Remover onto the stained area and leave it to dry without blotting.
Q. Is it safe to use?
A. Yes, the Urine Remover is made from delicate cleaning agents and so is safe to use on all types of carpet, upholstery, clothing, and fabrics. It can also be used on leather, wood, and all other hard surfaces.
Q. Will it always remove urine stains?
A. Yes, it is a great urine stain remover. However, some fabrics can be more stubborn to clean and so you may also need to use our Carpet & Upholstery Cleaner to remove really stubborn staining. It will always remove the urine odour though.
Q. Is it a urine stain remover, or a urine smell remover?
A. Both. The unique way in which this product works means that as it removes the urine stain, it will also remove any odours or smells caused by the urine. If you’re house-training pets, it is an excellent product to have as it will discourage the pet from urinating in the same place.
