REFUND POLICY
Any claims by the Customer in relation to the Products delivered must be communicated to the Company within 7 days of receipt of the Products.
Any return of Products must be made within 10 days of delivery. Goods altered in any way by the Customer cannot be returned for credit.
As part of our refund policy, we reserve the right not to refund on-charges such as freight and associated costs where goods have been returned without good reason, or where clients have changed their mind about their purchase. The same applies for goods you may have ordered in error.
We also do not refund goods where your circumstances have changed, or you have found cheaper goods elsewhere.
Note that certain indent ranges cannot be returned, as they would have been imported specifically for the Customer.
In addition, “click and collect” orders not picked up within 30 days will be considered CANCELLED.
Please refer to our CONTACT page to get in touch, and obtain a return reference number which signifies agreement to ship the goods back to The Italian Leather Company.
